Inhale, begin in Sphinx pose.
Exhale, bringing plams together interlocking fingers.
Inhale, firming shoulders and draw in naval to firm core.
Exhale, lifting hips up first, then knees.
Inhale, press back with heels, extend spine through crown of head.
Exhale, bringing awareness to core firmness supporting back.
Hold pose for 3 – 7 breathes or as long as comfortable.
