Parivrtta Parsvakonasana
- Inhale, stepping back right leg into low lunge.
- Exhale, with hands on floor find drishti and find balance.
- Inhale, lifting hands off floor straightening spine and back leg, bring palms together.
- Exhale, twisting to left placing right elbow on left knee.
- Inhale, press back with right heel to straighten leg, turn gaze to side or upward.
- Hold pose 3 to 5 breaths or as long as comfortable.
