- Inhale, beginning seated legs extended, resting back on hands, fingers pointing forward.
- Exhale, bending knees with feet flat slightly forward of knees.
- Inhale, lifting hips in line with knees and shoulders.
- Exhale, aligning neck and head with spine.
- Inhale, extending out through crown of head.
- Hold pose 3 – 7 breathes or as long as comfortable.
