Half Lord of the Fishes Pose
Ardha Matsyendrasana:
- Inhale, begin seated with legs extended.
- Exhale, bending right knee and crossing over left placing right foot flat or choose a variation.
- Inhale, twisting toward right leg, place right hand on floor behind back.
- Exhale, place left elbow on outside of right knee.
- Inhale, slowly rotating head towards the right.
- Exhale, using core and elbow finding full twist, keeping spine extended.
- Hold pose 3 to 5 breaths or as long as comfortable.
- Repeat on other side.
