Urdhva Mukha Svanasana
- Inhale, Beging lying on stomach, engage core, with hands under shoulders, lift head and chest.
- Exhale, press tops of feet into floor.
- Inhale, lifting hips off floor, leaving only hands and feet contacting floor.
- Hold pose 3 to 5 breaths or as long as comfortable.
