- Inhale, Begin seated, with needs bent.
- Exhale, Engage core and flatten back.
- Inhale, raise arms to paralell to floor, tuck chin.
- Exhale, lift and straighten legs.
- Hold pose 3 to 7 breaths or as long as comfortable.
