Inhale, Begin in Dolphin Plank Pose.
Exhale, walking feet towards arms.
Inhale, pausing when feet are about one leg distance from elbows.
Exhale, lifting tailbone (nutating pelvis).
Inhale, press while inward rotating back (medial rotate) with legs, extend spine through crown of head.
Exhale, bringing awareness to core and shoulder firmness relaxing heels towards floor.
Hold pose for 3 – 7 breathes or as long as comfortable.
