  • Inhale, begin lying on stomach.
  • Exhale, draw in navel to firm core, lifting and extending head and chest, placing one forearm on floor for support.
  • Inhale, bending opposite knee, reaching back with same side arm and hold foot.
  • Exhale, bending opposite knee and reaching back to hold opposite foot.
  • Inhale, keeping core firm even pressure on feet.
  • Exhale, applying pressure to tops of feet to stretch quadicepts.
  • Inhale, easing twist slightly if needed.
  • Exhale, applying pressure to tops of feet to stretch quadicepts.
  • Hold pose each side 3 – 7 breathes or as long as comfortable.
